JotForm Mobile app won't open in iPad(iOS 13.3).

    Using iOS 13.3. New download. I can’t get the app to boot (open). I restart iPad and see what happens. They app should open w/o going through that.

    Is there an error message when you attempt to open the mobile app? Could you please share a screenshot of the error?

    Hi Cheryl Frazier, can you kindly brief a bit more on this with images. I faced kind of the same issue and got solved so asking to confirm if it is the same.

    I don't have an iPad however, tested on my iPhone 7 with the latest IOS update and the JotForm Mobile Form app works at my end.

    Kindly share a screenshot on the issue so that we can check it further.

    I’m having similar trouble. The JotForm splash screen hangs and doesn’t go any further into loading the app.
