Create Visual Report for Each Question

Asked by douggebhard on April 22, 2013 at 12:59 PM

My form has multiple questions with rating scales. When I create a visual rpeort I get an aggregate of all the questions. I'd like to create a visual report for each question individually but can't figure that out. Please help.

    Hi,

That's how our Visual Report Builder works for a single field. You may consider separating the questions using our Radio Button Field to be able to create a visual report for each.

    Thanks

Are you saying that after I've created the form and received responses I add a radio button? The form is already created with responses in. I need to tally the data and can't determine how to do that.

I think, the only way you can sort this out right now,  is downloading the CSV file

    To do this

Click "My Forms" on the top

Click on the Form you want to export submissions to CSV

    Click on "Submissions"

Scroll down the page, On the Grid Table-Right Above the Submission Date title- you
will see "Download as: CSV"  next to Excel Button

    download excel

Once you have this done, you can open IMPORT CSV file in Excel through the IMPORT data feature, so you can separate the data and have each option into a different column and generate a report using Excel
