    Good day, all I'm trying to do is pay for service. My card is not being excepted.

    I did check your account and did not find any issue with that. Please note that if the payment is being rejected it must be from our payment gateway where we have no control. Which plan you would like to upgrade to? Please let us know and we will send you direct upgrade URL to see if that works.
