Free Account SSL Issues

My organization is currently using a free JotForm account for 4 different surveys we are running.
Based on the pricing options, I was under the impression that a free account allowed for up to 100 unsecure submissions, and 10 SSL secure submissions.

We have just received notice that we are about to meet the 10 SSL secure submissions, and because of this, ALL of our surveys will be closed down for the rest of the month.  We have met only ONE of the quotas, so why are ALL of our surveys being shut down?

    Thank you for your time,

    @Lauren

Yes you are right. A free account is eligible to receive 100 non secure, 10 secure and 10 payment submissions. If you reach any of these limits your form will be disabled.

Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thanks,

    Sidharth

Okay, this is the assistance I need.

I need my forms reenabled, because NO WHERE on your website does it say "OR" it says "AND" which means, 100 non-secure AND 10 secure AND 10 payment submissions.  You have false advertising.  No where on the site does it say "whichever comes first."

I would like my account to be reenabled and your advertising changed, or I will have to leave your company for false advertising, and file a report with the Better Business Bureau.

This is the first time we have received such input on regards to our Pricing scheme and advertising among our thousands of happy free users . All of them agree and understand that whichever quota comes first , will affect the entire account.

I think not only Jotform but other form builders and Saas webservices have the same type of Pricing scheme and the same type of advertising. Even more, they don't even offer SSL submissions for free account.

At any rate, I'll suggest to our admins to add that clarification .

I have re-enabled your account. But I cannot assure this is not going to happen, in fact , our system will disable your account in no time if a new SSL submission comes in,

Please note that whenever an account is about to reach the limit due to one of the forms , the system  will send you a notice before to do it o, this is part of our responsabilities and part our bussines model on regards to free accounts.

If you are not happy with Jotform , you are free to move away to another webservice of your choice

    Kind regards

    Jeanette
