Set-up my Jotform payment form that is integrated with Square

I need assistance with building a space rental online payment form for multiple space quantities, dates, and tiered pricing.  I am using Square for the credit card processing.  Can you please assist?

Here are my (3) dates and quantities available for each date…

Here are my tiered pricing rates:

(TIER ONE)

$20 for 1 rental space

(before Square’s 2.9% of invoice total and $0.30 flat rate fee)

(TIER TWO)

$35 for 2 rental spaces 

(or $17.50 each before Square’s 2.9% of invoice total and $0.30 flat rate fee)

(TIER THREE)

$44 for 3 or more rental spaces 

(or $14.67 each before Square’s 2.9% of invoice total and $0.30 flat rate fee)

Based on the options selected by the user from above, I would like to display their quantities, dates, and total prices dynamically:

Payment Review (Dynamically Updated) 

Total # of Rental Spaces for Thursday, January 9th, 2020 (IF ANY)

Total # of Rental Spaces for Thursday, February 6th, 2020 (IF ANY)

Total # of Rental Spaces for Thursday, March 5th, 2020 (IF ANY)

Total Roadium Fees

Total Payment Processing Fees from Square

First Name

Last Name

Thanks Jherwin. This is helpful but it doesn't account for tiered pricing
or include (display) the estimated 2.9% of total invoiced plus the $0.30
transaction fee.
I have since integrated my form with Square. Here is the updated version:

How about this? Is there any way I can add another field so the user can
reference the "Square Transaction Fees"?
In this example (where the invoice total is $44), the payment processing
fees would be an additional $1.576.
($44 x 0.029) + $0.30 = $1.576

That's possible if you use the form calculation widget and manually calculate the prices using basic fields like the demo form I gave you.
