Why am I not receiving applications (file uploads) submitted via Explorer but am receiving ones submitted via Google Chrome.
Applications not coming through on EXPLORER, but are coming through on Google Chrome. Form data comes through but applications are not attached.Page URL:

I have cloned your form to my account and made several tests, all the uploads were fine.
Also, I have submitted your form through your 'employment' page using Internet Explorer 10 on Windows 7, and my test PDF was successfully uploaded.
What versions of Internet Explorer and Windows do you use? Is this issue still persists?

I am pretty sure im using explorer 7 ... I just tried again and the application did not come through with the form.

Are you using Windows XP or Windows 7?
There is one thing that you can do, disable the 'Multiple Upload' option on your form. It will switch to Single Upload, and it should be more stable.
Also, we would love to troubleshot it further, but we need information about affected browsers. My colleague suggested adding a browser info field to the form, so that field can be automatically pre-populated with required information. Then, we will use it for troubleshooting.
