    Forms being submitted incomplete

Asked by TLRRescue on April 08, 2011 at 01:28 PM

    User ID TLRRescue

We just received an application with just the name and address filled out.

We do come close to using 100 forms a month.  We are an animal rescue so we try and save as much $ as we can.  There are LOTS of required fields on our app. How could this form have been submitted with all of the information missing??

Please advise and let me know if this last one can be removed from our # of forms received this month.  Thanks

    Hello Samantha,

Incomplete submissions even with Required fields validation is usually caused by disabled JavaScript in user's browser. To conserve your submissions allocation, it is possible to hide your form and display a message telling the user to enable JavaScript in their browser.

Refer to this user guide for more information -> Hide form/display message if JavaScript is off

I cloned your form and applied the steps outlined in that tutorial.

Be reminded though that this trick will only work when you use iframe embed codes. It won't work otherwise.

Hope you find this useful. Let us know if you need any clarifications.
