Setup for sending/receiving NOT AT ALL intuitive.

    I've praised your fine interface on building forms.  Your process for setting up the addresses on the e-mail is NOT AT ALL CLEAR, NOT AT ALL CLEAR, NOT AT ALL CLEAR, NOT AT ALL CLEAR!


    Why can't I change the "reply-to?"  WTF?

    Yes, I'm frustrated--I'm sorry if this is coming across the wrong way.  Everything else about this is easy to follow, well-conceived.  The UI for the send/receive stuff makes no sense at all to me.  Why can't there just be fields with logical names?

    If you are wishing to send an auto response email you can easily change the from address on the first page of the alert setup in the corner of the popup. This changes the email address that the server appears to be using which if used incorrectly constitutes as phishing.

    I hope that what you mean cause I don't quite get your question. I think the email interface is amazing especially compared with similar services.

    You can change the "Reply-To Email" of your form notification settings.

    But it looks like that you want to manually enter the email address in "Reply-To Email" field. Yes you are right you cannot manually add email id in this field. To achieve your requirement, you should add a hidden question in your form and set the defalut value as email id which you want. Once hidden field is all set you can select the hidden question in your "Reply-To Email" dropdown option. Please refer this screenshot:
