We are not getting all our forms emailed to us

    Hi there, 

    We are not getting some of our Pre-Training Questionnaire - v2's emails to us, and when this happens, we don't know that a client has reached out and it makes us look bad as we don't know to contact them after submissions.

    The forms seem to be going to the google drive file we set up, but we don't know to look there if we don't know the client filled out a form, at least until after they call us wondering why we did not contact them. 

    Can you please fix this for us?

    Her are names of the questionnaires

     - Iggy (Dogs Name) St. John (clients last name)

     - Pache (Dogs Name Egsan (clients last name)

    Please advise and thank you.

    Please check your spam folder, if you find the notifications there, mark them as NOT SPAM.

    So I went ahead and looked at my history, and there shows no history from Oct 19th - Dec 19th - and we have been receiving multiple forms during this time frame. The specific forms I listed in my previous email to you all falls during that time frame.

    Why does my history not show?

    I will go ahead and reach out to my email service provider, but there seems to be something wrong on the JotForm side of things.

    Apologies for the inconveniences caused. 

    I've been checking the email history for the dates you mentioned and I can see the email history showing up, here are some screenshots about my test: 

    1. Setting up the date range:

    If you continue experiencing issues even after whitelisting our IP addresses, kindly try setting up an STMP sender, this will use your own mail server information to send the emails. This guide will help you setting it up: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form

    So my previous post should have read 10/26 (not 10/19) - 12/19.  I am not sure how to post a screen shot here, but did save it to a document I am able to email you. 

    I did a 3 month history view and a custom one like yours with 10/1 - 11/30 as the dates. 


    There are no forms showing sent from 10/27 - 12/18.  I can see transactions on 10/26 and 12/19 - but nothing in between.


    Do you have an email address I can send a screen shot to?
