Not all boards are showing in the drop down to select from - any idea why?

Hi,
Could you please give us more information about the issue?
Are you referring to the Monday integration?
Could you also please share the form link?
We'll wait for your reply. Thank you.

Yes, when searching for distinct boards within the Monday.com integration, not all boards are appearing in the drop down.

When searching for the boards, I only return a select few results, but have a screen shot of the board I'm trying to find.

I have tested the Monday.com integration on my form and I can view all the boards at my end.
Screenshot in Monday.com Boards
In addition, my boards are all created under Main.
May we know how many boards do you have?
Can you please try clearing your browser's cache and let us know if the issue still remains?
-
thermatruReplied on December 20, 2019 at 10:27 AM
The integration appears to pulling all boards (Main, Shareable and Private) but the one in question is a MAIN.
I'll attempt cache clearing and see if that helps.

Yes, please try that then integrate with Monday again and see if all your boards are being pulled into the integration settings.
I just tried integrating one of my forms with Monday.com and it seems to pull all the boards as expected.

They all still do not appear to be showing - is there a maximum amount of boards that will populate?

As I check your form, the Monday.com integration is displaying invalid token error message. Could you share the screenshot of the boards on your monday.com account in the Main and reintegrate monday.com on your form so that we can check further?
We will wait for your response. Thank you!

Here is a snapshot of boards, both MAIN and PRIVATE in our Monday.com
I also regenerated our API V2 Token and integrated it, but still does not appear to be pulling in all boards.
.
It almost appears like JotForm is only pulling boards in since a period in time and not any new ones since that period.

Let me run some tests. Once I have the solution to your concern, I'll get back to you as soon as possible.
-
AshtonPReplied on December 27, 2019 at 8:44 AM
I have tested it on my end and it worked perfectly. I have created the main board as well as the private board and then tried to integrate it with Jotform, it worked as expected.
I suggest you to create the new board and then try to integrate it. If this doesn't work could you please check it by creating a new test Jotform and integrate Monday.com in it.
If the issue persists, we will escalate it to our backend team to further investigate on it.
Hope this helps! We will be waiting for your response.

I just created a MAIN board titled JOTFORM TEST (below)
I then created a new form and integrated with Monday and it was not found (below)
Any help is appreciated.

Can you please try to check your API key is correct in the integration?
It could be that you're using another Monday.com account as the boards are not showing.
Kindly check it out and let us know how it goes.

Yes, I'm only using the API V2 Token.
Also, to clarify, our boards are showing, just not all of them, specifically ones recently created (see below)
For instance, the new test boards previously shown were created moments ago so they are not pulling but all boards shown in the drop down are more than a few weeks old.
Is there a duration issue or a maximum number of boards that can pull?

I tested Monday.com integration and the new boards are shown on JotForm right away on my end.
How many boards do you have on Monday.com?
Can you create a new form and see if the issue can be replicated there as well?
-
thermatruReplied on December 27, 2019 at 12:03 PM
We have hundreds of boards in Monday.com used across the company.
I just created a new board - jotform test 12 27 19 - and tried to integrate into a new form (https://form.jotform.com/193604759419065) and it is not showing.

The integration will not work, because your form has not fields. You need to drag and drop form elements to build your form:
The, match those fields with Monday.com fields, please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/578-How-to-integrate-JotForm-with-monday-com
-
thermatruReplied on December 30, 2019 at 8:08 AM
I created fields and mirrored them in my Monday.com board but it is still not showing.
Again, to reiterate, it appears the integrate is either capped at a specific amount or only pulling since a specific date.
I can continue to create tests boards and forms but they do not appear to show as the integration is only populating from months ago.
Please advise why.

This is strange and I am not sure why it is not displaying all the boards. Please note that there is no such limitations and it should display all the boards you have in your Monday.com.
I would suggest you to please regenerate your API v2 Token and use it in your Monday.com integration to see if that solves your problem.
Do get back to us if the issue persists, we will escalate it to our backend team.
We will wait for your response.

I regenerated the API V2 and re-tried the integration to no avail.
It appears to be partially working as I archived a board in Monday and then it immediately was no longer shown in my list on Jotform, but it is not showing any new boards from Monday.com. -
Richie JotForm SupportReplied on December 30, 2019 at 9:30 AM
I have escalated the issue to our back-end team for further investigation.
If possible, can you please share the number of boards you have with your Monday.com?
We will get back to you once update are available.

We have over 300 boards currently in our Monday.com account and growing.

Hello thermatru,
We have checked the issue assigned by our support team.
We limit the request up to 100 boards when getting the boards on your Monday workspace. So we have increased the limit up to 1000 boards.
Please try to re-integrate with newly created boards on your MondayCom Integration.
Please do not hesitate to contact again, if you encounter any issue more.
Regards.

It appears we've reached this cap again, can you make the limit much higher to avoid this (i.e. 1000000)?
-
John Support Team LeadReplied on March 4, 2020 at 3:02 PM
Let me relay this to our developers and see if the limit can be increased.
We'll let you know here as soon as we received an update.

Hello @thermatru,
We have increased API request limits. It seems to be working fine.
Please check and keep us informed about your progress.
