    Update Thank You Page Content

    I have tried to update the content on my forms thank you page but editing, saving, re-embeding, and even cloning to create a new copy of the form do not seem to work - the initial content that I placed on the thank you page still appears (content that conatins "insert content here" so I need it changed pronto). 

    Again, I've changed the thank you options many times (redirecting to a URL, the default thank you page, and customizing the thank you message) because anything is better than the placeholder content I initially placed. Is this a cache issue?

    Hi,

    Sorry for your inconvenience. I checked your form's thank you page and it is set to custom url. If you want to custom your thank you page, use the thank you message option. 

    And also if you cannot see the changes you made, please try to clear your browser cache then try it again. Thanks!

    Hello Glenn,

    Unfortunately, the redirect that I tried
    doesn’t work. I switched back to having a
    custom thank you message but my old message
    is not replaced.

    I have cleared my cache multiple times on two
    computers and even reset my entire browser.
    Please let me know if there is something you
    can do on the back end.

    That is weird very weird.
    Maybe check there are no conditions set for a thank you page You can do this by clicking conditions in the top toolbar and then hitting saved conditions in the corner of the create condition popup (if that button isn't there that means no condition is set).

    I will do some more investigation on the form.

    Unfortunately wix is being evil as usual so I can't really get the form source :(
    You can always download the form source and change the submission event to fit your needs and your flash site.

    Youre telling me Wix has been my worst nightmare except until now, when
    JotForm has taken the lead ;)
    I attached the source and cant find the submit form commands anywhere.
    Should I just rebuild the form? None of the changes I make to the Thank You
    options are sticking.
