Dear jotform,
I have attached a link to the PDfs and form in question.
I have been working on a form that automatically fills in a PDF document. The form seems to fill in properly, but we don't seem to be able to download more than the first page of each document.
For example when we press the download button, only the "online therapy form" downloads under a weird name. We also tried connecting it to our google drive which would successfully download again under the correct name the first page as well as all the attachments (photo, proof of vaccinations, ids) but not the other 6 sheets we made (Page 2 consent, MUCH Form 1, MUCH form 2, JGH form, MCH form, etc). Any suggestion on how to fix this?

Upon checking this link https://www.jotform.com/pdf-editor/1092373268103051, it doesn't show the fields in the actual PDF form. You'll have to add the fields that you want to show or just create a new PDF Document so it will list all the fields and will display all the data.
Right now, I can only see in the pdf link you've share these fields:
Proof of Petussis
Proof of MMR
Proof of Varicella
Try creating a new PDF Document as shown in my screenshot and that should show all the fields in your form and its data.
When we press the download button, only the "online therapy form" downloads under a weird name. — To clarify, pressing the "Download All" does not download all the PDFs?
Looking forward for your response.

These are all the documents that I wish to download. I had created a PDF Document for each page I wanted created:
There are 10 documents, each that look different, for each of the twelve submissions. For example here is Rabbia's (Submission 12's) MUCH form 1 (Document 3):
When I press "Download all", I get a zip file by email like this:
As you can see in the above image, all the files have weird names that do not correspond to what the file is called. Upon opening each of those files, it appears that they are each the Consent form (first of the 10 documents) for each of the twelve submissions:
Furthermore, this does not entirely match up with the real document (as you can see, Adrian Goin is not in the proper place on this, though it is in the actually document in jotform). This is an issue.
We would like to be able to download all 10 Pdf Documnets of each of the twelve submissions.
Alternatively, we tried connecting the file to our google drive. This seemed to produce a better result:
(We only connected it to google drive after the 8th submission, so there is only 5 out of the twelve submissions which is ok) However upon opening these files, it only contained one to two of the pdfs (Usually always the Consent page tilted as the person's name) as well as all the photos they uploaded:
Again, we would like for it to download all 10 documents for each person in the future.
Would you have any suggestions on how to do this?
Here again is the form in question:

Unfortunately, when you clicked DOWNLOAD ALL, it will only download all the submission PDF of that specific PDF TEMPLATE.
There is no option for it to consolidate the 10 PDF Templates you created for each person, rather it will be grouped or zipped per template.
The Google Drive integration I think is the best workaround for that.

Do you have any suggestions on how to fix the google drive integration issue in that case? As seen in the final photo above it still doesn't fully work.
Similarly, do you have any suggestion on how to condense the 10 PDFs into one? I separated them originally because they each had a different background image
. Is there a way to set a different background image for each page on only one document? -

Hi, the Google Drive integration would not send all the PDF Documents. It will pick the first Document you created. Also, it won't automatically upload existing submissions, it would only upload submissions that are received after completing the integration. So, you would need to manually download and upload the missing ones.
Unfortunately, there is no way to condense all 10 PDF into one automatically. The only way would be manually after downloading them: https://acrobat.adobe.com/ca/en/acrobat/how-to/merge-combine-pdf-files-online.html
The ideal solution to this issue would putting a different background image on each page, however, this is something not possible yet. I'll forward a request to our back-end team on your behalf in the following forum thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/2111535
Note: just in case this has not been clarified, the names of the downloaded files are set with the submission ID by default, that's why you see it like this:
However, you can assign a custom name as shown on this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/553-How-to-Assign-a-Custom-Name-to-a-PDF-Document-with-PDF-Editor

Thank you. And its impossible for us to automatically download all the documents? We plan on receiving a lot of forms so it would be tedious to manually do them all. Thank you for all your help.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to download all the PDF documents for all the submissions at the moment. I am forwarding a feature request to our backend team for evaluation. Please note that we cannot provide any ETA at this moment. However, if there is any news you'll be updated here on this thread.
Thanks!

I have been looking for a way to use an external PDF documents within the PDF editor to populate fields from information already stored in a master form. So far my attempt has not looked or lined up near as well as what I see from the above form. Can you provide more information how to do this?
I found a work around using excel to do this but it takes a lot of time building the layout for each external form.
Thanks

Unfortunately, we do not currently have an option to use external PDFs in submission PDF documents. However, you may try a PDF converter tool. That tool allows you to get a web form connected to the uploaded PDF document:
Note that this tool is still in beta, so it might not be ideal.

Hi! We were wondering if the Jotform team has any updates regarding the above issue, more specifically "it is not possible to download all the PDF documents for all the submissions at the moment. I am forwarding a feature request to our back-end team for evaluation."

Hello,
Sorry for the inconvenience.
We still do not have any updates from the backend team. Once we do, we will let you know immediately.
Thank you.
