    For which questions you want to capitalize the input text? I haven't tried but you can try to do this with css. We can surely do this with javascript if you ware okay to use source code embed method.

    I would like the Surname question input to be all in uppercase. I am not sure how to do this on javascript or css.

    Hi,

    The process of transforming the letters to all caps using custom CSS codes does not trigger the condition. It will only work if you will add the letters using keyboard All Caps key.

    One thing I could suggest is to use "If Any" to the conditional wizard;
