Hi Andy, I can confirm what my colleague has mentioned and I would additionally recommend that you please check the guide he linked for your use. Please try changing your Email Notification Sender E-Mail back to the default NOREPLY@JOTFORM.COM and then set the REPLY-TO as the Account to see if this helps to correct the problem for you.
