We tried that function a week ago. First 3 submissions were pushed to Google Spreadsheet, but next submissions are stay only in Jotform db and are not synchronized to Google. Is that problem, that we changed the file? We added another column.
This is a re-post of a comment on How to Integrate Forms with Google Sheets

Hi,
Yes, editing the Spreadsheet result will break the integration. If you want to add any changes, I suggest you to create a separate sheet and copy/paste all the data and do the changes there.
I also suggest to re-integrate the form to Google Spreadsheet. Old submissions will be carried over to the new sheet that will be created.
Thanks
