but when i go to the jotform page to recover my password

I try both those names above and i get (No user with this email address or username has been found.)
I have cleard my cache

I checked your account and see that its OVERLIMIT as you have used more upload space then specified limit for free accounts.
You need to upgrade your account. I am removing the overlimit so that you can upgrade your account.
