How to update wrong email added in JotForm

    This morning i thought i was changing my email to my business partner but added the wromg email. I did not change the password.

    I cannot log back into my acct. I changed to his email because i was leaving the country and needed the jot forms sent to him.

    How can i change my login back to the original?

    Thank you for contacting us. That form is hosted in the account username "truelifediagnostics". If you have the password, you may log in to that account, and then go to your profile page to change the registered email address: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/profile

    If you need to reset the account password, please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/489-How-to-reset-JotForm-account-password

    The reset instructions will be sent to "****@lif****eless.com".

    If you actually need to just change the email address used for submission notifications of that form, please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/41-How-to-Change-the-Email-Address-Used-for-Notification-Email

    That is the problem.  I added the wrong email address. It was suppose to be john@liftdistributors.com

    As suggested by my colleague, you can log into the account using the username truelifediagnostics and password and change the account email address to john@liftdistributors.com.

    Please try and let us know if you face any difficulties.
