The submit button does not show on the webpage.

I have tried to embed the form on the webpage and it has been successful, however it won't add the submit button eventhough it is on the form.  What am I doing wrong?  Thank you.

That's because your div container's height is shorter than the form lenght. Changing it from 1132px to 1192px should fixed it.

You can find that when you edit your index_6.htm file and find 1132px then change it to 1192px.

    Thank you!
