We were receiving these until a coule of weeks ago, nothing has changed from our end.
We have the automated noreply@jotform switched on & the participants have got these. They are not getting caught in the Spam filter as Jotform has been put on the approved spam list.
Any suggestions on how to get this working again?

Your email address ended to the bounce list due to the following reason.
firstname.lastname@example.org is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : 5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old) [Default] 421-'4.7.1 : Recipient address rejected: Backup mail exchanger not provided here'
It seems like your email service provider rejected the email adress from one of your form user or the email@example.com. I have now removed it so it should be working fine now. Kindly test your form now. Thank you!
