Error switching plan from Premium to Economy

    I am looking to upgrade our account, but am encountering an error when trying:

    Error switching plan.
    Please try again in a few minutes or get in contact with our support team. Sorry for the inconvenience.".locale() %>

     

    Could you please upgrade my account manager.maleny@outridgesiga.com.au to the Economy plan.

    Hi malenysupaiga,

    The issue was due a recent migration with our servers. The problem is solved and your account is upgraded to Economy plan.
