I purchased a yearly subscription from your company on April 17th, and it was processed through paypay (see below).
What happened was the first time paypal appeared to time out and I did the payment again.
Apparently both payments did go through and have shown up on my statement.
I spoke to paypal and they supplied me with both transaction I.D.'s
Thank you for contacting PayPal Customer Support. My name is Christian and I am happy to provide you with this duplicated transaction IDs:

2nd Tx ID: (85040249414, 4QCJ26YETEX6E)
Can you please credit back one on the charges.

Hi Colin, I am viewing this in our system but I currently don't see a double-charge listed for this. I only see one charge for this account you are currently using which is all under one account for PayPal. Now from the information you are providing it appears that this was a possibly a double input error which caused a duplication to appear since the numbers are matching. If they were doubled up they should be at different times and would also appear at slightly different times as well as including in our system.90.00 UNITED STATES DOLLAR$94.8918 Apr PAYPAL *INTERLOGY 3531436900190.00 UNITED STATES DOLLAR$94.89
Can you please check again with your Bank and PayPal and let us know?
Also if you are able to provide a screenshot to share with us if you are able to, that would be much appreciated if this is the case so that we can look more into correcting the problem if necessary.
We will await your response for further action if needed.
