This form is being pushed to the left and being cut off

    Hello,


    This form is being pushed to the left and being cut off. 


    It is only for this form Business Builder (K-2 Espanol). 


    Can you please help us fix it.

    I checked your standalone form and could see that the questions are centered:

    I assume that you have embedded this form on your website. If yes, please provide us the web page URL to check.

    It is embedded on a password protected website so we can't display it. 


    Is there any obvious reason you can see why this would happen based off past experiences?

    It could be because of the width or alignment of the div in which you have embedded your form. To investigate the issue, we need to check the webpage where you have embedded your form and we will take a look.
