    I have placed iframe source code on my website, but no changes are appearing when I edit the form in jotform why

    now whenever I update the form and paste into the website it is now reverting back to a previous saved version aggggggg

    Thank you for bringing this up to us. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. I tried but unable to replicate the issue you reported. May we get the form name and URL where this form is currently embedded? 

    In addition, please clear the cache of your web browser, and also wait until the form is completely saved before you view it again (the round icon should stop rotating).

    Hello annette7061 and corc_itweb,

    can you provide us the URL of your forms?

    I'm assuming that your you are embedding your forms with URLs http://form.jotform.com/xxxx/xxxx,  if so, please change it to http://www.jotform.com/xxx/xxxxx.

    Hi Sorry, 

    But no it doesnt, I have changed as suggested etc cleared cache  but no change???

    Hi, I tested changing something on your form and it worked fine.

    It's maybe cached by your browser, please clear your browser cache and try again.

    Hi, whenever I change and clear the cache no changes takr place for example I have a hidden field at the bottom of the form that I changed 3 days ago however the old hidden field name still appears and no new name ????

    May I ask which browser you are using so that we can assist further in clearing its cache? In the meantime, if you have another browser available, try viewing the form with that one and see if there's a difference.

    Hi the issue lies in the auto responder and the email sentafter submission.  The labels change on what can be viewed in a browser but not as what is described above.

     

    So in other words on the jotform website and when editing the form all appears correct, I then embed in my website, and bingo the above issue takes place when I complete a test live from my website

     

    For example I have a hidden field at the bottom of the form that I changed 3 days ago however the old hidden field name still appears and no new name ???? and still happening so I cant see what that has to do with a browser, however i have viewed in ffox 4 ie9 and chrome and still remains as described

     

    any ideas

    Hi,

    That problem of yours is usually solved by deleting your email notifications/autoresponder and creating new ones.  Try that solution and get back to us if problem still persists. Again, we are sorry for the inconvenience this have caused.

    Hi annette,

    Glad that your issue is now solved.

    No, you do not have to do that whenever you change your form. Notifications are automatically updated when you modify your forms, however, there are instances when your browser gets into trouble with caching. This results to the inability of the browser to update the notification email template.

    If this happens, you just need to do the workaround which I gave to you. This does not happen all the time, so I think the better solution is to check your notification email templates every time you're modifying/saving your forms just to be sure.
