We have an update regarding the incompatibility issue between Jquery and JotForm Feedback scripts. I was experimenting on using Iframe as a possible workaround while the incompatibility issue is being remedied by our developers.
Please create a new web page and paste the following code:
buttonText: "Contact - standard",
width: 700,height: 500});
</script></script><iframe src="http://www.jotform.com" frameborder=0 width=100% height=100% scrolling=auto align=middle></iframe>
Note: change the highlighted text with your website's URL.This is a simplified code. You can further customize it according to your needs.
The above code basically consists of a Feedback Form script and an Iframe tag to display your website. In this case, the Jquery script and JotForm Feedback Form script will not interfere with each other since they belong to different pages. Please try this and let us know if it will work for you or not.
We appreciate your understanding on this matter. Rest assured that this is being attended to by our team. Thank you for using JotForm!

any update on this issue?
for me a good solution is if we can have the posibility not to include jquery/jquery ui in http://www.jotform.com/min/g=feedback as I already do include them from google cdn...
but of course this won't fix the problem for everybody. The solution above is not always a desired one as the link will always remain http://www.jotform.com and if you refresh the page you will always get directed to http://www.jotform.com.....

The jquery/jqueryui scripts themselves should not break JotForm code, its jquery plugins that make use of those jquery libraries that tend to break JotForm code.
If you to create a new thread on the forum and link me to a test page with all the jquery elements on it with the JotForm code, I can have a look and see if i can edit the scripts that use the jquery libraries to make them work with JotForm.
I have had some success with this in past, but some scripts are harder than others.
Jquery.noConflict is detailed here
