We are a small website design business based in the UK. We want our customers to type there username on a form we created using Jotform which will then redirect them to our Client Admin Portal. There will be no Password field but just two fields called Project ID and Username. Is this allowed?
I have created this form http://form.jotformeu.com/form/31093221211335 but the customers don't like it since we are asking for Project ID and Surname instead and most of our customers are small business aswell so the surname field would not be suitable for them.

Yes, that's allowed. I see no harm for that.
I've also noticed that you are using conditions, if you are going to redirect your users depending on the entered username and pid, you can use "Change Thank you URL Condition".
Hope this helps. Let us know if you have further inquiry. Thank you!

Thank you, i was not sure if that was allowed due to phishing.

You're welcome. I have also white listed your Client Portal form to avoid any future issues about phishing. Thank you!
