How can I remove a Shared Template?

Can I remove a template that I shared under the Templates? I shared it under "Business Forms" and it is called "

2019 Tax Client Intake Form"

Thank you for your response. That wouldn't work only because I deleted the
"cloned form" that I actually used to share it as a template assuming that
it would delete the shared template as well. Is there a way you can delete
the shared template "2019 Tax Client Intake From" for me?
