Two forms were sent this morning from my client. I did not receive them. I initially tested the forms using a gmail account (until i can get the whitelisting handled) and they worked fine.
But now they're not working again. ... is there an issue with gmail that we should know about?
Anyone? Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?

No, gmail should be working fine. Also, your gmail is not on the bounce list. The latest logs also indicates that the email notification was successfully delivered.
I would suggest to make an actual submissions with your form and check your gmail afterwards, it should be there. Check it's spam folder as well.

I have made submissions as have my clients. His forms did not come through? any idea why they're not coming through? could the files be too heavy? should we have a paid jotform account? please advise thanks for the help.

File sizes won't matter, it should always be sent to your gmail. I have uploaded a test file to your form. I then went ahead and check the mail logs, it indicates that the message was sent successfully.
Can you please review your email if that's correct? Have you tried checking submissions on the spam folder? Can you check if firstname.lastname@example.org is not blocklisted on your gmail settings? You may also try to add email@example.com to your contact list, this ensures that the messages will not be blocked by spam filters.
We'll wait your reply. Thank you!
