Hi - I've been looking for a product like jotform for a while.  I'm glad to have found you guys; however, your product doesn't seem to be sending my collected email addresses into mailchimp.  On the mail chimp side, I created a key and then used that key to setup the integration on jotform.

I entered the wrong key first and then replaced it with the right key later, so that may be the issue.  Oddly, when I entered the wrong key (which I think was also being used by Mandril/mc), the two email addresses that were in jotform were successfully put into mail chimp.  Just nothing since then.

Also, I have used nearly 20 emails testing your technology.  Is there any way to test in my webpage without adding to the total number of emails?

    Thanks!!

    Hello Bradford

I would recommend you to delete the current integration with mailchimp. Then go and get the key and rebuild it into your form

I have also reset the counter back to 0 so you can have more room for real submissions

    Cheers!

    Thanks Jeanette!

I need to build a new form, so I will be redoing the process from scratch.  Hopefully this time it will work.

What email marketing service do you recoomend to get the best integration with jotform?  I may try Mad Mimi, which seems to have an "official" connector for jotform (mailchimp doesn't officially state that they connect with jotform).

...and thanks for the counter reset!!  Is there a sandbox environment where I can refine the layout of the form and response page on my website without increasing the coutner?

Thanks again.  So far, I really like jotform.

    Hi Bradford,

Hopefully that works. It's up to you to choose what Marketing Service to use, all will works best. Yes, Mad Mimi blog us after we add the integration.

Unfortunately, we do not have any. You can ask us about that, and we'll try to grant a reset for you again. Note that we can reset those tests only.

Thanks and let us know if any issue comes again.

    Cheers!

Mailchimp integration problem should now be fixed. Thanks for your patience.
