When the form on my site is filled in, the sender clicks on the "Submit" button and is immediately returned to my index page. However, when visitors who have just been looking around on my Contact page (which contains the form) want to leave the page, they click the "Back" button in their browser; they have to do so twice before they are able to return to the index page. Is there any way in which I could fix this?

I was able to replicate on the said problem on IE. Can you please try to integrate your form using iFrame method intead to see if you will still experience the said issue?

Please try again our iframe method. Then add this doctype declaration to your contact page;
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
Add this before <html> tag of the page:
Also, your contact page is not well coded. There are few codes missing. I have them corrected, use this codes instead: http://pastie.org/7719264#26
Let us know for the results.

Thank you Welvin, for your response; unfortunately it is becoming a little too complicated for me!! I shall certainly fix the code on my Contact page, but I have to ask somebody to look at the iFrame issue later. Thanks!
