The Hide Empty Fields option is not working on some of my form fields

    To hide empty fields when sending email or autoresponder the fields with no value or "0" value are printing out in the emails for some fields and yet others the "Hide Empty Fields" function is working.

    Am I doing something wrong or is JotForm experiencing a problem/bug with this feature?

    I' not sure what you need to have sent to you, from me, to help resolve this problem I am having, but perhaps you have a work-around or an article explaining what I might be doing wrong.

    I love your product but I am hoping the problem I am having with this feature (Hide Empty Fields) can be resolved.

    You will have to remove the Default Value, which is 0 in the fields so they hide if the conditions that are attached to them are not met.
