Hello,
Our subscription has been renewed automatically with the wrong card. I am the IT Manager of the school and last year I used my personal card (then got my money from my company) to make the process faster... and today the same card was used and it’s kind of an issue.
We will definitely renew but next week when everyone is at work with the school’s payment method...
I honestly will need the money back as soon as possible as it made my account in a critical situation.

We can cancel the subscription and process the refund but since you have more than 150 forms in your account so your account would be disabled.
You were auto-renewed as your next billing date was Jan 1st, 2020. If you would upgrade your account next week then your Forms would remain disabled until you upgrade.
Should we go ahead and cancel the charge and refund it?

We have gone ahead canceled the subscription and refunded the charge.
The refund would be processed in 7-10 days.

The refund would take some time to get processed. It will take at least 4-5 days or could be less than that too.

Yes, the payment processor sends also an e-mail to the account owner.
