    Hi,

    are you able to re activate my account pretty please?

    I cannot log in

    Your account has been suspended by our phishing prevention system.

    Your account is currently suspended by our phishing tool. You have been collecting username, password, Credit Card details in the short text entry field.

    Collecting any of such details is not allowed here in JotForm. Please check our terms of use.

    We have gone ahead and deleted the guilty fields and reactivated your account.

    If you need to collect payments from your users, please use one of our payment processors. Here's a guide: Setting-Up-Your-First-Order-Form.

    You may also capture the card details and charge the user at a later date. Here's a guide: How-to-Enable-Payment-Authorization.
