Downgrade my account back to free plan and refund the last charge.

    I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. I did check your account and found that you have active bronze yearly subscription which was renewed on Dec 13, 2019. 

    Do you want us to cancel your subscription and downgrade your account to free plan? Do get back to us on this and we will do the needful.

    We will wait for your response.
