error after submitting formAsked by danielandlade on April 25, 2013 at 07:13 AM
I just came across your website and reviewing/testing out the creating an account form. After the form has been created, I then tried to do a test to fill the form, after submitting it keeps giving this error. Same with other forms I tried. View error below:Form DisabledThis form has been disabled
Details: Form did not pass status check
style size font status
Our system flagged the form because it contains a username field and a password field. Would you mind explaining the purpose of the form?
Hello, thanks for your kind reply. The main purpose of coming across your website was because I needed a form that enables us to allow our customers on our website to be able to register with a username and password that links them to our order page on our website. So I did find out your online form template enables the username and password field, i presume that's why it's there in the first place and the reason i used it to test the function to see if it's what we need for our website. Please do give any feedback if this is feasable.
Daniel and Lade.
Unfortunately, our form cannot work like what other web registrations scripts can do. Our password field is applicable to our Conditional Logic Tool only.
If you have both username and password field type on the form, our system will filter that and auto suspend your account.
Wix site has that built in function. You may check this article from them on how to enable that one: http://www.wix.com/support/main/html5/wix-editor/organizing-your-pages/password-protecting-pages-and-adding-member-login-button.
I have reactivated your account but I have deleted the password field.
Thanks for your understanding.
