Sorry for the long explanation but there's not a simple explanation....

Our event has several organizations that will each register multiple student participants. The number of students each organization can register is not a defined number. Students participate in 1 of 3 groups and we need to collect other info on each student.

Data needs to be exported to a spreadsheet (Google Sheets) that will ultimately be exported to a database(Filemaker) for programs, nametags, etc.. I have tried conditional logic & Configurable List widget. The forms will populate but data is not exported in a way the spreadsheet can distribute data correctly.

Data is either distributed in one row with each field getting its own column OR the data is distributed in 1 row with all data in 1 cell. The field names are the same as the column names.

We used Google forms in the past and data was handled correctly when exported to Google sheets. However, each organization had to complete a new registration for each student. This required inputting the same sponsor and organization info for each student which could be 30+ students.

Please note that when the form submissions are exported to Excel or integrated to Google Sheets, each submission data shall be stored in single row. Each field on the form is considered as a column and exported to respective cell in Excel.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to export the submission data to Excel as per your requirement. The only way is to let the user submit multiple submissions for the same organization instead having more than one student in the same form. You may pass the form filled data to the same form to prepopulate when the form is related by following the guide below:
