how can I edit the default invoice used by the Paypal Invoicing Integration?

    I want to add a logo, change from "product" to "service" and add a "payment due" date

    Basically, the Invoice Details like Company Name, Name, Address, Phone can be configured in "Your Business Details" section of the payment settings. Here is a screenshot:

    As you can see, the details you enter here will be used in the invoice.

    Yes, I have configured those already, but as I said, I want to

    add a logo, 

    change from "product" to "service"
    and

    add a "payment due" date

    Can I do those in the Jotform/Paypal integration?

    Unfortunately, this is not currently possible to add a logo and specify a due date with our PayPal Invoicing integration. We have moved your questions into separate threads to be able to raise feature request tickets in our system:
