Could you please change my username?

    Could you please change my username from Parsons_Jonathan to hamptonpark ?

    If not available, hampton_park or hpbc

    Thank you for contacting us. The username "hamptonpark" is available to be used. However, we will need to:

    1) Cancel and refund your subscription ID I-GPG3T3GSJUVN.

    2) Put the account back to free.

    3) Then change the username.

    4) Finally, you can purchase a new subscription under the new username. 

    Please confirm if you want to proceed.
