How to restore the submissions that got deleted while downgrading account?

    I downgraded my plan effective 1/5/20 (my renewal date), but many of my submissions were instantly deleted. Potentially hundreds of records. I was planning to download them over the next 2 days. How do I get these restored?

    When your account gets downgraded, the additional submissions over 500 gets removed (not permanently). I have now restored the same on your account.

    I would suggest that you first download the submissions and then delete the same.

    Hello,

    Same thing happened here, despite having until the 13th for renewal (it's only the 6th). Furthermore, I've re-upgraded, and the data has still not recovered.

    Please check your account now, I have recalculated the total submissions. All your submissions should be now visible in your account.
