How can i change the email address that online forms/inquiries are sent to? Why has it continued to go to the old address when I followed instructions on changing the old address?

Please let us know which form you are having issue with. If you click on "Test Email" button, it will always send email to the account email id registered with jotform. Thats how it is designed.
If you need to test your form's notification, you need to do the actual form submission. You can click on Preview and submit your form to test the notification settings.
