Sales Banners: Please find a way for me to stop seeing the sales banner ad

I paid for an upgrade in early december and despite this, am interrupted regularly with the ad. It is getting in the way of my ability to actually use jot form effectively... Please allow me to opt-out. There initially was a check-box but everytime you extend the sale it comes up again.... and again... and again... and again... and I can't find a way to opt out.
