After months of successful submissions, my three forms on this web site: http;//www.ernestotailoring.com have stopped being received. The submissions are there if I navigate via the JotForm web site and I can download as Excel. It's just that the emails have stopped. Spam forder has been checked and when I test I do not get a "Thanks-You" email either.

Pages with my three forms are:

    http://www.ernestotailoring.com/contactus.html

    and

    http://www.ernestotailoring.com/signup.html

    and

    http://www.ernestotailoring.com/asked.html

    Thanks!

    Fred

I have removed this email address from the bounce list and you should start receiving your submission emails. But seeing the bounce reason looks like you need to change the notification subject line of your form.

Should you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

    Thanks,

    Sidharth

But seeing the bounce reason looks like you need to change the notification subject line of your form.

    What do you suggest?

This is what I beleive is the notification subject line:

    {E_mail_}{id}{form_title}{edit_link}{ip}New submission: {form_title}

    Or am I mistaken?

    OK.

I answered my own question and we have simplified all of our Subject lines.

    Thanks for a great service!
