Emailed test but person cannot open says they do not have permission

Sent CCNA Cisco Pretest to email so they can complete and submit test. When they try to open it says they donot have permission to access. Also says they have to use google facebook or create jot account to open the form. I donot remember this being a request before.

Please update your Account Privacy page and disable these options:

After that, try opening the submissions again and let us know if the issue still persists.
