Shipping questions for contest submissions

I completed my contest for k2 sports 3 x. first submission and third submission I received product for however I was supposed to receive a second k2 party platter for this contest and it is the only thing I haven’t received k2 has not been helpful in tracking anything down and I’m looking to see if you can provide any information as well
