I am trying to have my form's headers and text show up automatically on all submissions when it goes to my email and also when it is viewed in the "submissions" button on jotform.
As it is right now, I have to go to the submission, click on the "settings" gear/button on the top right and then click the button to show these headers and text. Once I have done that I can THEN save the PDF version, but not before that because the text within the document is important.
Is there anyway to make my submissions automatically show the headers and text?

Hope this helped some what.

First off, to include headers and text on the email notification, you have to manually insert them on your email notification template. You can modify it exactly the way your form like.
Regarding on saving the submissions to PDF format with the headers and text, we have a work around for that using Chrome Browser.
You need to show the headers and texts first, here's how:
After that, click on Print button near Get PDF button, be sure to use Google Chrome Browser. After clicking print button, the print preview will appear, just change the destination to Save as PDF to save the submission as a PDF file.
That's it. Hope this helps. Thanks!
