Cannot create new forms

    I cannot create new forms on your web site or using the "JotForm Mobile Forms & Surveys" iOS mobile app.


    I am seeing 502 errors returned from the server, indicating that there is probably a backend problem.

    I have just created a test Form and could not replicate any issue in the Form.

    Are you creating the Form in a different way?
