Account incorrectly billed and want to cancel and refund the payment.

    I've been a customer for a couple years. I had to cancel my subscription this year and did it early. I remember doing this because it asked me if I was sure many times.

    On 12/23 my checking account was charged $390. I'm not sure why this happened but I'd like to get a refund.

    As per your request, I have now cancelled your subscription and refunded $390 amount. The refund normally takes 7-10 business days to be credited to your account.
