I’m hoping you can help me. I had a renewal automatically process overnight that I had forgotten about. Unfortunately I’m in financial hardship and my business isn’t doing so well.
I am writing to see whether you could please cancel the transaction and refund the renewal for me, as it’s sent my bank balance into the negative.
I’m so sorry to have to ask this if you but I don’t know what else to do.

I can see that you already canceled your Bronze Yearly subscription via your PayPal account.
As requested, I have downgraded the account back to FREE and process a refund of the last payment made. Please allow 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect on your account.
