My integration is not working and I have tried re-authenticating

    Hi there,My integration is not working and I have tried re-authenticating but it just doesn't allow me to complete.Any advice?

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. Please allow me some time to check this further. To my understanding, nothing happens when you click the "Authenticate" button after you have entered your Solve360 CRM email address and API Key.

    I'm sorry for getting back to you late. I have tested the integration using my own Solve360 CRM account and I have successfully integrated it with my form.

    Please make sure that you have the correct API KEY for your account, which you can find here.

    I have also tested the integration and data were passed to my Solve360 CRM account almost instantly after I submitted my test form.
