I have a problem in a jotform on www.westwood-global.ch, which runs in a Joomla-site. Everything is working just fine, the user can input his data, but the form is not sent to the email specified in the email-notification-tab in jotform - the mailaddress is email@example.com - and there seems to be no way, that an email is sent to this address. Testmails to my address (firstname.lastname@example.org) are working, but not to the mailaddress specified before.
Can you assist there?

I checked your form and dont see any issue with your notification configuration.
To ensure the delivery of emails, request you to change the "Sender Email" to "email@example.com".
Let us know if you continue to have this issue and we will investiagte further.
