I'm tryed to set email to this address: email@example.com but it doesnt working. I have tryed everything, but nothing happened. :( Emailbox is working. Spam folder is empty.
Upon checking your account, i found that your email id "firstname.lastname@example.org" is in our bounce list (reason mentioned below).
email@example.com is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : 5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old) [Default] 552-': Recipient address rejected: Mailbox message count quota exceeded, ple=
ase try again later.'
I have removed this email address from the bounce list and you should start receiving your submission emails.

It still dont working. It sends now email to my email address? Only "test email" button is working, it sends email to my email (wrong email) And I can't change it to firstname.lastname@example.org
When you click "Test Email" button, it will always send email to the account email id associated with your JotForm account. Thats how its designed and if you need to test the notification email, you need to actually submit your form. You can click on "Preview" menu on your form builder and submit the form to be able to test the notification alert you have configured.

I have tested from "preview" and from the website, but it still not working. It doesnt send a email.
Is this your form :31145157151344 I see you have a guest account and you should register a free account.
I see that you have a conditional email setup where "Nimi" is filled the email is supposed to go to email id "email@example.com"
I checked this email id and found it also to be in bounced list for following reason:
Reason(s) : 5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old) [Default] 552-': Recipient address rejected: Mailbox message count quota exceeded, ple= ase try again later.'
I have removed this email id from the bounce laist and you should start receiving your submission emails if the conditions are matched.
Can you please test and let us know if you continue to have this issue.
